Usually orders handling time 2 - 3 working days before shipping.

4. Transit Time

Usually orders transit time 8 - 13 working days (Monday To Friday) before shipping.

Express Shipping: UPS ,China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

6. Shipping Cost​

 We offer free shipping for all orders.

7. Changes Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@tsplendor.com or call us at +86 185 6584 5190

8. Cancellation

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

2) Our website does not charge taxes
